What happens when my term runs out?: The app keeps working through the last day you paid for, online or off. After that it stops opening documents and asks you to renew. Nothing is deleted, and your files stay encrypted on your disk exactly where they were.
Is this a subscription?: No. You buy a fixed term and it ends. We do not store a card and nothing charges automatically. When you want another term you come back and buy one, and it is added to the end of your current one.
Can I use it on my phone?: Yes. The Android app is a free download from Google Play, and it unlocks with the same account you buy here — there is no in-app purchase. It counts as one of your 3 devices.
What if I get a new laptop?: Sign in here, open your devices, and revoke the old one. The slot frees up immediately and you can activate the new machine straight away. Reinstalling an operating system also looks like a new device, so do the same thing then.
Do you offer refunds?: Within 14 days, for any reason, no questions. Email us and we will process it the same week.
